Everyone says email should be making you bank. But they don't tell you how.

Email that keeps selling after I've left. In your voice, in your tools, no retainer.

I wrote every email one personal finance brand sent for a year. $1M+ in high-ticket coaching sales inside seven months.

What that looked like
$396K
from email in one December, from a list that averaged $92K a month
55% → 63%
show-up rate on booked sales calls, in the first 30 days of a new pre-call sequence
23% → 33%
close rate on the calls that happened. It held.
5 minutes
for a week of emails, drafted by a system built in the client's own tools. Twenty minutes of editing, then send.

Every number here is from the client's own scorecards. The show-up and close figures are the first 30 days against a stable three-month baseline.

The problem, in your words

"For three years I had been treating my email list like that gym membership I bought in January."

"I have over 20,000 on my email list, but I've never emailed them. I cringe every month when I make that payment."

"I didn't start sending a weekly newsletter until about 20 months later, simply because I had no idea what to send."

I've read a few hundred of these. You have the list and the offer, and you believe email should be the best channel, because every podcast said so. What's missing is the person who sits down and writes the thing, in your voice, week after week, without you doing it.

That's the job. I've done it for a year for one brand, and the numbers above are what it produced.

Three ways to hire me

The email production system. A system built in your own tools that drafts your emails in your voice, 80 to 90% ready to send, so you never open a blank page again. I build it, train it on how you actually write, hand you the keys, and stay for 30 days. Read how it works. From $15,000.

Sequences. The emails that run without you: welcome, pre-call, post-webinar, launch. Written once, selling for years. See the pre-call sequence that fixed a no-show problem. Short sequences from $3,500, full sequences from $6,500.

The audit and revenue map. If you send emails and can't say what they make, start here. I read your account and your list and hand you a written map of where the money is leaking, ranked by what each leak is worth. Read what's in it. $3,000, credited toward any build.

For founders who already have an email list and something to sell to it. If you have neither yet, I'm not the right hire, and I'll say so.

Start with the demo

Send me ten of your emails, the ones that sound most like you. I send one back, written in your voice, before you decide anything.

It costs you nothing and it settles the only question that matters: does it sound like me. If it doesn't, you've lost a day and gained a free email. When it does, we talk about which of the three above you need.

Who's writing this

I spent ten years selling before I wrote a line of copy: business development at Amazon, then an artist-management firm I founded that became the second largest for stand-up comics in India in two years. Selling teaches you one thing that copy school doesn't. People buy when they feel understood, and they can tell in one sentence whether you understand them.

Then I spent a year writing every email for one personal finance brand. Daily emails, launches, the pre-call sequence above, and a system that drafts a week of emails in five minutes. That year is the whole credential. More about me.

Questions people ask before they send the ten emails

Will it sound like AI?

The demo answers this better than I can. Send the ten emails, read the one that comes back, and decide. For what it's worth: the system I build is trained on how you write, from your own emails, and every draft gets your ten minutes of polish before it goes anywhere. Nothing goes out that you didn't approve.

What does it cost?

Project fees, quoted before we start. The audit is $3,000 and comes off the price of anything I build afterwards. Short sequences from $3,500, full sequences from $6,500, the system from $15,000. No hourly rates and no retainers.

We already send emails. Why would we need this?

Then you have the hard part done: a list that is used to hearing from you. The audit tells you what those emails are making and what they're leaving on the table. Most founders I talk to are getting a fraction of what the list could do and don't know it, because nobody has shown them the number.

How long does it take?

A short sequence, about a week from brief to final. A full sequence, two to three weeks. The system, about six weeks from the first call to the handover, then I stay for 30 days.

What do you need from me?

Your existing emails, a questionnaire, one call, and ten minutes per email once the system is live. The more you give me at the start, the better it sounds like you.
