The audit and revenue map · $3,000, credited toward any build

You send emails. Do you know what they make? This tells you, and where the money is leaking.

I read your account, your list and your last three months of emails, and hand you a written map of every leak, ranked by what it's worth. Then a plan for the next 90 days.

The audit I ran on my own month
$56.6K → $102.5K
email revenue, June to July, after the audit found two leaks nobody had seen
30 days
from the bad month to the recovery
$1.78
per email sent in July, from $0.72 in June, back above the $1.50 target

My own channel, on a seven-figure personal finance brand. June was my month too. The audit is how it got fixed.

The problem, in your words

"People are content with getting 4% or 5% of their monthly revenue from email, thinking that the channel is optimised."

"I had around 62,000 subscribers on paper. Open rate across the whole list was sitting at 11 percent."

You send emails. Some weeks they work. You couldn't say, with a number, what email made last month, which emails made it, or what the list would make if the leaks were fixed. Nobody has shown you, because the people who could are busy selling you a rebuild.

I'd sooner show you first. Then you decide what to build.

What you get
  • The read. Every flow and sequence you have, every send from the last three months, your list by segment, your pop-ups and forms, your deliverability basics. I read the copy too, because most leaks are in the words, not the settings.
  • The revenue map. One document. Where the money comes from today, where it's leaking, and what each leak is worth. Ranked by the money attached, so the plan starts where it pays.
  • The diagnosis. The two or three things that are actually wrong, in plain words, with the reason. Not a list of forty best practices.
  • The 90-day plan. What to fix first, second and third, what to expect from each, and what I'd build if you asked me to.
  • The walkthrough. An hour on a call, so you understand every finding well enough to act on it without me.
The one I ran on myself

In June 2026 the channel I'd been running for a year had a bad month: $56.6K from email, 72 cents per email sent against a $1.50 target. My month, my problem.

The audit found two things nobody had seen. The tracking was undercounting what email was actually producing, and leads were leaking in the handoff between the emails and the sales team. Fixing those took July to $102.5K and $1.78 per email, inside 30 days. That year is here.

That's the audit. It starts with the money, not with the triggers.

How it goes

1. Access and the questionnaire

Read-only access to your email tool, or an export if you prefer. A short questionnaire about your offers, your numbers and what you think is wrong.

2. Ten days

I read everything. I don't touch anything.

3. The walkthrough

An hour on a call with the map on screen. You leave knowing where the money is and what to do about it.

The price

$3,000.

Credited in full toward any sequence or system I build for you afterwards. So if the audit says "build the welcome sequence", the sequence costs $3,000 less.

Questions people ask

What if the audit says everything's fine?

Then you have a document that proves it and a plan for the next 90 days, and you've spent $3,000 to stop wondering. It hasn't happened yet.

Do you need access to our account?

Read-only, yes, or exports. I don't change a setting, send a test, or touch a flow. The audit is a read.

We're on Klaviyo. Or ConvertKit. Or something else.

The audit doesn't care. Flows are triggers, filters, exits and messages on every platform. What changes is where the buttons are. I've worked in ConvertKit, Klaviyo and GoHighLevel, and the money hides in the same places in all of them.

Is this the same as a free audit?

No. A free audit is a sales pitch with a checklist attached. This one is paid because it's the work, and because it's credited toward whatever you build, it's free in the end if we work together.
